It has been a week full of emotions, joyous and heartbreaking. More
than giving you a report of my week, I want to share with you some
things that are near and dear to my heart.
My new companion is amazing. Sister Gale is an incredibly hardworking
and diligent missionary. She also has some amazing studies in the
morning that I am privileged to hear about each day. This week she
shared verses Alma 37:44-47 with me. I encourage you to read them. The
highlight of these verses for me is in 47, and it says "look to God
and live". This was particularly poignant to me this week as we experienced these
joyous and heartbreaking times.
All we have to do is look to our Heavenly Father and He will guide us
through. Whatever trial or triumph we go through, our Heavenly Father
is aware. He has provided a way for us to return to him, but it
requires our humility and acceptance of His plan. I promise you that
His plan for us is to have joy (2 Nephi 2:25).
All we have to do is look to him.
We did some wonderful work this week. Two of our investigators told us
that they knew this church and gospel were true, and we are just
helping them towards making covenants with God.
We have a very busy upcoming week, with MLC(Mission Leader Council), an exchange, zone
meeting, and hopefully heading down to my beloved Nashville for
Baylee's baptism. I am just in awe of the work that Heavenly Father is
doing here in Tennessee with His children. I am eternally grateful
that He has chosen me to be a part of this remarkable work.

So, picture one is from Sister Miller and I's last day together. I
already miss her, but there comes a time for every missionary when we
have to go back to the real world... I am glad I still have a good
amount of time before that day comes.
